Unless someone else here has found a solution, I'm afraid my only hope is 1: Buying another copy of the game. They clearly aren't going to be any help with this matter. I put a support ticket in with Rockstar Support, and they not only didn't help me, they outright deleted my ticket after 6 days. I have over two hours clocked in just the launcher alone.\ I have only one Steam account, and only one Social Club account, and one activation key, so there is no confusion as to where the activation key went, except SOMEHOW I still have not actually played the game.
